Mr.R.Prabhu Ramachandran, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to refund the deposit amount made by him by claiming that they are due and payable to the petitioner.

3. Whether the claim of the petitioner is justifiable or not, is for the respondent to consider the same and pass orders, at this stage, this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner on merits. However, since the petitioner has already made a representation on 19.08.2014 seeking for refund of the said deposit, the second respondent shall consider the said representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
