ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.186 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the F.I.R, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.186 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
