This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that so far, the second respondent has not received any representation from the petitioner as stated in this petition. 3.In view of the above, on receiving the petitioner's representation, the second respondent police is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
