order of exchanging the triangle tail portion of the vacant land, which is meant for park measuring an extend of 13.45 Sq. meter (5to 10 feet width) in S.No. 138 situated on the western side of the petitioner plot and similarly, equal extend of land measuring 14 Sq.Meter on northern side of petitioner plot, which is situated between petitioner northern side and the southern side of the park in S.No.136 and Consequently direct the 3rd respondent to execute an exchange deed in favour of the petitioner and vice versa within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
