The petitioners/A5, A6 and A8 in CC No.1050 of 2019 have approached this Court, seeking a direction to the trial Court to 1/4

conclude the proceedings in CC No.1050 of 2019 within a stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case is of the year 2019 and the same has been filed by way of a private complaint. However, the complainant has not shown any interest to produce the witnesses and therefore, the case is pending without any progress from the year 2019.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and the fact that the case is pending from the year 2019, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to conclude the trial in CC No.1050 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
