O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2016.

2. Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the adjacent land owner of the property attempted to trespass into the property of the petitioner and removed the survey stone by damaging the boundary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

marks; that the petitioner gave a petition to the Surveyor, Taluk Office, Marungapuri on 10.08.2016 for survey of the land; that at that time, the adjacent land owner along with others restrained the officials from surveying the land; that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent for police protection and since the same was not received, he sent a representation dated 19.08.2016 to the respondents herein and that as there is no expeditious steps taken by the respondents on the representation, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that there is no such representation dated 19.08.2016 pending with the respondents.

6. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 19.08.2016 to the respondents by appearing in person and on receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
