PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the application dated 22.07.2020 and 30.06.2021 and to survey the land and fix the boundaries of the land comprised in S.No.224/1A3B of an extent of 0.1.62 acres in Patta No.2770 situated at Naranapuram Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the time stipulated by this Court. O RDER This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the applications dated 22.07.2020 and 30.06.2021 seeking to survey the land and fix the boundaries of the land comprised in S.No.224/1A3B of an extent of 0.1.62 acres in Patta No.2770 situated at Naranapuram Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the survey has already been conducted on 08.09.2021.

3.It is also brought to the notice of this Court that patta was issued after conducting survey and being not satisfied with the same, the petitioner had filed writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.23477 of 2022 and the same was disposed of on 12.10.2022.

4.In view of the subsequent development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
