to the enjoyment of a property in suit in Resurvey No.169/1 and 169/2 at Siruthur Village.

2.When the matter came up during the last occasion, this Court directed the Government Advocate to get instruction from the respondent police.

3.Today, the learned Government Advocate on instruction from the respondent police would submit that the parties have appeared and agreed to resolve the dispute before the competent civil Court.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent would submit that the parties will resolve the dispute before the competent civil Court and that they will not approach the police with regard to the same. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. The petitioner and the fifth respondent are at liberty to agitate their rights before the competent Court and redress their grievance. No costs.
