Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed u/s. 482 of Cr.P.C., to extend the time limit granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11648 of 2021 dated 17.08.2021 for surrendering for further 15 days and pass any other order.

Prayer in CRL OP(MD)No.11648 of 2021 :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Thoothukudi to accept the surrender of the petitioners and to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners on the same day in Cr. No. 193 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent Police.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11648 of 2021, dated 17.08.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side).
