The above application has been filed seeking orders to exempt the petitioners/cross appellants in paying the Court fee of Rs.9,272.50/- in the above cross appeal in C.M.A(MD)No.906 of 2022. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/Cross objectors would submit that they are not pressing this application and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Cross Objection is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
