This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 21.08.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13199 of 2020 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2020, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.09.2020. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to circulate the copy of the closure report to the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
