This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records in S.C.No.94 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli and quash the same.

Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would contend that the accused who are the petitioners herein were acquitted by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli vide judgment dated 14.02.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
