This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.88 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police within a stipulated time.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the final report has already been filed by the respondent police on 07.06.2016 and the same is yet to be numbered till date. 4.There shall be a direction to the second respondent to follow up the final report and get the same numbered within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
