ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in this petition, the respondent police address is wrongly mentioned as the Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, South, Madurai District instead of Sub Inspector of Police, South Town All Women Police Station, Madurai District. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary correction in the cause title.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent police submits that petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered against the petitioner so far. He further submits that it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife.

CRL OP(MD). No.13485 of 2022 3.Since it is a matrimonial issue, the respondent police is to adopt the process of conciliation as per the procedure and if any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
