ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to hand over the gold bangles weighing 20 grams recovered from the petitioner's shop on 29.09.2020 before the competent criminal court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that already the jewels, which are recovered from the petitioner's shop, have been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Trichy, on 29.09.2020 itself in R.P.R.No.41 of 2020.
