ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor for her wilful disobedience to the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2085 of 2021, dated 11.02.2021, and punish her under the contempt of Court Act. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the contemnor is calling upon the petitioner often for enquiry. The petitioner attended enquiry several times, but, it is difficult for the petitioner to attend the enquiry, since he is working in Chennai.

3.The petitioner has not stated the dates, in which, the petitioner attended the enquiry. A duty is caused upon the petitioner to co-operate the respondent for the enquiry. There is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD)No.1265 of 2021 complaint of physical harassment. In the above circumstances, there is nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
