When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.3612, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department dated 23.09.2019, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
