: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit this petitioner to restore/repair the temple namely "Mandu Karuppanasamy Temple" at perumalkovilpatti Village, Dindigul District and on the basis of representation dated 04.09.2020 given by the petitioner, within the stipulated time. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to restore/repair the temple namely "Mandu Karuppanasamy Temple" at perumalkovilpatti Village, Dindigul District on the basis of representation dated 04.09.2020 given by the petitioner, within the stipulated time.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contention raised in the petition and submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.09.2020. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.09.2020 will be considered.

W.P.(MD) No.16331 of 2020 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.09.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
