*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachments made in Survey No.555/25 at P.K.Agaram Village, Lalkudi Taluk, Trichirapalli District. He has given a representation dated 22.05.2016 in this regard.

2.It is seen that allegations are made against the third respondent. This Court directs the second respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law for removal of the encroachments if any. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
