Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2017 and consequentially direct the second respondent to provide the educational loan as per the fees structure of the college.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2017 for providing educational loan as per the fees structure of the college. 2.Heard, Mr.V.Sundararaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, submitted that the petitioner has sought for

educational loan of Rs.1,33,300/- towards first year fees and if a comprehensive application is given by the petitioner, it will be considered as per the norms of Indian Banking Association.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh application to the second respondent, enclosing a copy of this order and all necessary documents and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
