This is a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the common pathway running East-West in between shop Nos.4 and 5 in the commercial complex at Arupukottai New Bus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Stand, as per its approved building plan.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Arupukkotai Municipality has issued notification in Na.Ka.No.6127/2016/A1, dated 08.09.2016, to the fourth respondent herein to the effect that he should remove the construction put up in the common pathway at Arupukkotai New Bus stand. He would further submit that the said notice is annexed in the typed set of papers filed by the third respondent herein. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4.In view of the submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
