This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given against the petitioner originally enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.171 of 2021 and the case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No. 1 of 2020 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Madurai.
