Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Tender Notification published in Tamil News Daily ''Daily Thanthi'' dated 19.3.2017 in Na.Ka.No.999/2013/A1, dated 16.3.2017 on the file of the third respondent and to quash the same as illegal, since the respondents herein had not adhered to the settled principles of Natural justice and as the impugned notice is in violation of the proceedings of the third respondent in No.15316/2016/R3, dated 29.11.2016 For Petitioner :M/s.T.Lajapathi Roy
