O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.225 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No. 900 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy.

3. On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that there is a stay and the filing of the charge sheet is illegal.

4. A verification of the records reveals that the stay order was granted on 10.12.2020, which was not extended after 04.02.2021. Since the stay order was not extended after 04.02.2021, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
