ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 19.02.2024. Copy of the same has been enclosed at Page No.42 of the typed set of papers.

3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent will put all the interested persons including Abdul Jalil and Ummulthu Begam (respondents 4 and 5 herein) on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
