....Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to admit the petitioner's daughter namely Akalya in the 6th Respondent School under the Right of Children and Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 based on application dated 05.05.022 and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. The present writ petition had been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to admit the petitioner's daughter in the 6th respondent School under Right of Children and Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. 2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the petitioner had admitted his daughter in a different School and he is not pressing the writ petition.
