ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the third Respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1485/Aa1/2024 dated 01.07.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to post the first Petitioner herein in the notified vacancy at Panchayat Union Primary School, Poyyaputhur, Karur District on the basis of the petitioners seniority, within the period stipulated by this Court.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the first petitioner has been accommodated in the very same place where she had sought for appointment in the writ petition and as regards the second petitioner, he had relinquished the opportunity before the second counselling. 3/5
