ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences 1/4

punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b) and 132 of BNS and Sections 3 and 5 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.132 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was not arrayed as an accused and there is no proposal to make him as an accused in Cr.No.132 of 2025.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
