Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 25.11.2021 within a time fame fixed by this Court by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2022.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the petition mentioned offending document. He has filed an appeal before the second respondent on 25.11.2021. He wants the same to be disposed of expeditiously. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put the interested persons 2/4
including the private respondents on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
