Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to evict the encroachment made in Velakulam and Vaari situated in S.F.No.372/1 and 372/4 of Thuvakudi Village, Thiruverumpur Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2017 within stipulated time.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to remove https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

encroachments which are in existence in S.F.Nos.372/1 and 372/4, Thuvakudi Village, Thiruverumpur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, on the basis of representation dated 11.01.2017, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate, has taken notice for the fourth respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that on 11.01.2017 a representation has been given, but the same has not been considered by the respondents. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is strictly directed to look into the representation dated 11.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
