Domnic Arul in the Birth Certificate of petitioner's son D.V. Nishvin within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 17.10.2016, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as follows:- "I am the counsel on record in the above Writ Petition. After filing the above writ petition, the 1st respondent - Commissioner vide notice dated 31.08.2016 agreed to consider the request of the writ petitioner. Hence, the petitioner vide letter dated 06.10.2016 instructed me to withdraw the Writ Petition(MD)No.16050 of 2016.
