ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application for providing differently-abled relief monthly pension to him. 2.According to the petitioner, he has filed an application seeking for pension as early as on 12.01.2015. After receipt of the said application, the first respondent also directed the Tahsildar, Madurai (West) to conduct an enquiry and submit a report. Despite the same, no enquiry was conducted and no order has been passed in his application. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a differently-abled person and his application is pending from 12.01.2015, the District Collector, Madurai District is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to conduct proper enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
