Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a fresh separate patta in the name of the petitioner relating to the property comprised in S.F.No.6/4, Plot No.27, Ward No.49, Kathoon Nagar, Puthupattinam village 100, Nanjikottai road, Sub-Registry Joint-1, Thanjavur District measuring an extent of 560 sq. ft. by considering her representation, dated 09.12.2016.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents for issuance of separate patta in respect of the property referred to in the Writ Petition. To that effect, she has already made a representation on 09.12.2016, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the second respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
