Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/4786/2019 dated 10.8.2020 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to include the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the lands comprised in S.No.134/34 situated at Neduvasal Keelpathi, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District within the time. 1/4

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The order passed by the second respondent does not warrant interference. Be that as it may, the petitioner complains that during UDR, an error had crept in. The petitioner had filed a petition before the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai for correcting the said error. The copy of the petition has been enclosed in the typed set of papers.

3. The first respondent is directed to conclude enquiry and pass final order on the petitioner's application dated 07.04.2006. If the copy of the said petition is not available on the file of the first respondent, the petitioner will have to file a fresh copy. The first respondent shall issue notice to the fourth respondent and other interested parties and after enquiring all of them including the petitioner, pass final order on merits and in accordance with law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
