O R D E R

The petitioner has come to this Court for a limited prayer to issue a direction to the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, against the order dated 29.03.2015, passed by the General Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, which is pending for a long time.

2. Mr.K.Sathiyasingh, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the appeal filed against the order of the second respondent is required to be disposed of on merits by the first respondent. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal dated 30.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
