3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has preferred an appeal on the file of the first respondent. 4.Considering the aforesaid factual aspect,, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on the basis of seniority.
