Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Deputy Solicitor General for the respondents. 2.Vide order dated 03.04.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.17478 of 2020, the authorities were directed to issue appointment order to the petitioner within five weeks. Since the time line was not adhered to, the present contempt petition came to be filed.

3.Today, learned Deputy Solicitor General submitted that from the end of Staff Selection Commission, the matter has been cleared. Now it is for DIG (Recruitment) to issue the appointment order. The proceedings dated 18.07.2023 issued by the Staff Selection Commission is taken on record.
