Considering the facts and circumstances, the time for complying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3896 of 2024, dated 21.03.2024 to deposit a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.700 of 2021 before the trial Court is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions remains un-altered. 2/3
