PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.93 of 2026 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS, in Crime No. 93 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 07.04.2026, the petitioner along with other accused have stolen two goats. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Counsel for the State (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner along with other accused have stolen two goats by using the car owned by the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is having 2/4

six previous cases of similar nature. He would also submit that A1 was arrested and he is in jail and the property is also not recovered from the accused person. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is having six previous cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
