Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, to direct the 2nd respondent police to accord police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members based on the petitioner's representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.06.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner has approached this court for a direction to the respondent police to give protection to herself and her family. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and her family members have been prevented from performing boomi pooja for construction by the private respondent. Therefore she has also lodged a complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner's complaint has been treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.220 of 2025 and they have also closed the complaint by recording the undertaking given by either side. 4.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed. The respondent police shall furnish the closure report along with statements recorded by them, to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
