ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 18 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.427 of 2018, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner / accused, who is none other than the relative of the de-facto complainant, committed sexual harassment to the victim girl. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner herein 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.It is seen that on 18.08.2018, during the Village festival, the petitioner consumed liquor. At that time, a wordy quarrel arose

between the petitioner and one lady. Due to the previous motive, the petitioner committed sexual harassment to her daughter in her house.

4.Considering the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same stands dismissed.
