Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and a suit was also filed with regard to the subject property before the competent civil Court and the same is pending.

2.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. It is for the legal heirs of the petitioner to get themselves impleaded in the pending suit before the jurisdictional civil Court and work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
