Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 427, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.620 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.09.2018, when the petitioner along with other accused persons were driving the vehicle bearing the registration No.TN 64 B 0814 TATA ACE near Guru Tea Stall at Jeeva Nagar, the complainant informed the petitioner that there is a death ceremony was going and to take diversion on the alternative road. On this motive the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant by using filthy language and caused blood injury also. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged the complaint before the respondent police.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
