PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the entire records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime NO.428 of 2018 dated 01.12.2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent and Quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner Nos.1 to 15.

Since the entire FIR itself has been quashed on the basis of limitation, the matter become unnecessary.
