ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner was granted permission to run his business on payment of ground rent in the year 2010. He appears to have put up construction. The petitioner had not made any payment for the last two years. The petitioner is directed to clear the arrears within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given four weeks from today to vacate the petition mentioned premises. If the petitioner clears the arrears and also vacate the petition mentioned premises within four weeks, the respondents are directed to favourably consider the possibility of accommodating the petitioner in any premises belonging to the local body in the vicinity. petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation in the meanwhile to the fifth respondent. The consideration by the fifth respondent will depend upon the petitioner fulfilling the aforesaid conditions.
