This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.28 of 2017.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. Perused the materials placed on record.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.
