ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the Petitioners and of Mr.V.Rijiv Rufus, Advocate For Respondents, and upon perusing the order dated 16.10.2020 in Crl OP(MD) No.11509 of 2020, and this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time for filing final report fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11509 of 2020, dated 18.02.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that the final report will be filed within four months. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), the time for filing final report before the concerned Court is extended by four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
