ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 BNSS seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and her husband by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2026. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.Pugazhenthi, Inspector of Police, inchagrge of Oddanchatram Police Station is present before this Court. The learned Counsel for State of Tamil Nadu(Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted, in which both the petitioner and the fourth respondent participated. During the enquiry, the fourth respondent gave a statement that he would not create any problem or cause any disturbance to the petitioner and by recording the said statement, the representation of the petitioner was closed. The learned counsel has also produced a copy of the statement given by the fourth respondent.

3.Recording the above submission and also taking note of the statement given by the fourth respondent, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
