PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 07.04.2021 made in I.A.No. 1 of 2020 in A.S.S.R.No.4479 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Judge, Karur.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking orders to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 07.04.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in A.S.S.R.No.4479 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Judge, Karur.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this case, the appeal in A.S.S.R.No.4479 of 2018 has been disposed of by the lower appellate Court and the petitioner herein filed Second Appeal before this Court and the same is pending. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
