O R D E R

Seeking police protection, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and his own brother and in this regard, a civil suit in O.S.No.162 of 2022 is pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Vedasandur. The main contention of the petitioner is that the private respondents herein have interfered with the peaceful possession of the petitioner's property. 3.Since the petitioner has already invoked the civil jurisdiction before the civil Forum, it is open to the petitioner to file necessary application, seeking injunction before the civil Court, where, the suit in O.S.No.162 of 2022 is pending.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
